Jiangsu Anshengda Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and officially registered in 2006. It obtained the Boiler Manufacturing License in 2006 and the Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License in 2008.
The company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The total plant area covers 11,000 square meters, including 4,000 square meters of workshop area, 72 square meters of flaw detection room equipped with two flaw detectors, 300 square meters of two-story staff dormitory building, and 700 square meters of three-story office building. There is 450 square meters of cement yard with traveling cranes and 1,800 square meters of cement yard without traveling cranes.
Production equipment includes three traveling cranes (one 20-ton, one 10-ton and one 5-ton), one CNC plasma cutting machine (3m×6m), one 2500×30 plate rolling machine, two sets of 1000 submerged arc welding machines, and 13 various types of welding machines.
Located at No. 19 Cixi Road, Shuyang Economic Development Zone, the company holds the Class D (Grade I, II, III) Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License (carbon steel and stainless steel) issued by the Jiangsu Administration for Market Regulation.
The company’s main products include air Storage Tanks, high and low pressure heaters, heat exchangers, high-pressure autoclaves, vacuum steam ovens, deaerators, blowdown flash tanks, steam generators and other related equipment.
